1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Moonaim. By accessing our website at moonaim.online  (the "Site") and registering for an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Definitions

  • "Moonaim," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the Moonaim company and platform.

  • "Member," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with Moonaim.

  • "Sponsor" refers to the Member who personally enrolled you into Moonaim.

  • "Downline" refers to the network of Members that you have sponsored, and those sponsored by them, in a continuous line of sponsorship.

  • "Upline" refers to the line of sponsors above you, from your direct Sponsor to the root of the network.

  • "Membership Fee" refers to the one-time, non-refundable fee of N$100 required to join Moonaim.

3. Membership Eligibility

To become a Moonaim Member, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide valid and complete registration information.

  • Have a valid Sponsor's Moonaim ID.

  • Pay the one-time N$100 Membership Fee.

  • Reside in a country/region where our services are legally offered.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. The Moonaim Program & Compensation Plan

  • Joining Fee: Membership requires a one-time payment of N$100. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Compensation: Members earn commissions through our structured Compensation Plan based on their personal sponsoring activities and the activity of their Downline. The specific details of the Compensation Plan are provided within the Member Dashboard.

  • Plan Changes: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Compensation Plan at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Members.

  • Income Disclaimer: Moonaim does not promise or guarantee any specific level of income. Your success is dependent on your individual effort, skills, and leadership. The examples of income in our marketing materials are for illustration only and are not typical.

5. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Actions

As a Moonaim Member, you agree NOT to:

  • Make False Claims: Misrepresent the Moonaim opportunity, the Compensation Plan, or potential earnings. You must not present Moonaim as a "get-rich-quick" scheme.

  • Spam: Use unsolicited email, spam, or unauthorized messaging to promote Moonaim.

  • Cross-Sponsor/Poach: Actively solicit or enroll Members who are already part of another Sponsor's Downline within Moonaim.

  • Misuse the Brand: Use the Moonaim name, logo, or marketing materials in a way that is not pre-approved by the company.

  • Provide False Information: Submit false or misleading information during registration or in your dealings with other Members.

  • Engage in Unethical Behavior: Engage in any activity that is unlawful, defamatory, or that could harm the reputation of Moonaim or its Members.

6. Payments & Payouts

  • Payout Schedule: Commissions and bonuses are calculated weekly. Payouts are processed once a Member's balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, as specified in the Compensation Plan.

  • Accurate Details: You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate bank account or mobile money details for payouts. Moonaim is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account due to your error.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for reporting your earnings from Moonaim and paying any applicable local, state, or national taxes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and membership, without refund, at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or harmed the Moonaim community.

You may voluntarily terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions and lose all access rights to your Downline.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moonaim website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Compensation Plan structure, is the property of Moonaim and is protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our marketing materials for the purpose of promoting your Moonaim business.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Moonaim service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonaim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the MLM opportunity. Your sole and exclusive remedy against Moonaim is to discontinue your membership.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moonaim, its owners, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Windhoek, Namibia or your city].
